  I've never had a problem with the Ozark Pizza Hut. I usually order online, but I've had to call twice to ask a question. BOTH times I called, the people who answered (Emily the first time, and Tim the second time) were extremely polite and helpful. The food is ALWAYS good and it is delivered quickly. They have THE BEST breadsticks ever. :)

  Never had so much of a complicated phone call.. I asked for a large stuff crust with ham, mushrooms, bacon and extra spinach.. If you get a guy named James your best option is to hang up and waste 10 minutes of your life ordering it online. He repeated my order back to me and managed to overcharge me and mess up my complete order. Hope you can fix things before you ever manage to get a girlfriend James.

  I placed an order for a double order of breadsticks (one order of asiago cheese and one toasted parmesan) and a one topping pizza with asiago cheese crust and balsamic glaze. I was given a single order of asiago cheese breadsticks and a plain cheese pizza. The management decided to try to tell me I had ordered one order of bread sticks half-and-half and that I just couldn't tell that one half of the breadsticks had a different sort of cheese (it obviously did not, and the box even included the extra cup of marinara sauce for the second order). Why would a single order of bread sticks on special cost more than a standard order? Very rude staff as well.
